Swine Flu update
It is now in 11 states with 91 confirmed cases in the U.S. Now might be a good time to think about picking up some masks in my opinion. There is a pretty good website on my ads sometimes so check it out. The address is http://www.fluarmour.com/
Below is the H1N1 Swine Flu map:

Swine Flu and Magic Tricks

Are we getting closer to a world wide pandemic? The swine virus has killed up to 149 people in Mexico already. The WHO raised its pandemic alert level for the swine flu virus to phase 4, indicating a significantly increased risk of a pandemic, a global outbreak of a serious disease.
The last such outbreak, a "Hong Kong" flu pandemic in 1968, killed about 1 million people.

AP: Swine flu epidemic enters dangerous new phase
The swine flu epidemic entered a dangerous new phase Monday as the death toll climbed in Mexico and the number of suspected cases there and in the United States nearly doubled. The World Health Organization raised its alert level but stopped short of declaring a global emergency.
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/med_swine_flu
We all need to keep an eye out with this swine flu and pay particular attention to what is happening and very well could happen to Mexico in the near future. Mexico's economy was already in a horrible state when this outbreak started. Now all but essential travel to Mexico has been suspended from several countries including the United States. Tourism in Mexico, which is one of the major ways Mexico makes money, will take a huge hit. Soccer games were played to empty stadiums, restaurants and malls are empty and this country can't take much more. Not to mention they were hit by an earthquake yesterday also. What better argument than to have better border security is there?
Be careful with Obama and those magicians up in Washington though. While we are all watching Obama's right hand let us not forget that he is left-handed take a look what is in that hand. Some recent headlines you might not have heard about follow:
US to take majority GM stake: http://www.ft.com/cms/s/0/a5326d50-332a-11de-9316-00144feabdc0.html?nclick_check=1
Treasury needs record $361B April-June borrowing: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20090427/ap_on_bi_go_ec_fi/us_treasury_borrowing
Also the Obama administration is trying its best to hurry up, under the news of this swine flu, to pass his budget complete with government run health care. They are trying to do this with a trick called reconciliation. This is a procedure designed for deficit reduction being misused to jam through a government takeover of health care with only 20 hours of debate, no amendments, and just 50 votes instead of the usual 60. This trick will silence Republicans and centrist Democrats, and allow a radical leftist plan in which government takes away control of health care from patients and doctors, and rations care by denying it to people judged by bureaucrats to be too old or too sick to justify the cost.

The Science is Settled. Ya Not Really
'House Democrats don't want Gore humiliated'
By Marc Morano
Washington, DC -- UK's Lord Christopher Monckton, a former science advisor to Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, claimed House Democrats have refused to allow him to appear alongside former Vice President Al Gore at a high profile global warming hearing on Friday April 24, 2009 at 10am in Washington. Monckton told Climate Depot that the Democrats rescinded his scheduled joint appearance at the House Energy and Commerce hearing on Friday. Monckton said he was informed that he would not be allowed to testify alongside Gore when his plane landed from England Thursday afternoon.
"The House Democrats don't want Gore humiliated, so they slammed the door of the Capitol in my face," Monckton told Climate Depot in an exclusive interview. "They are cowards."

Facts you need to know
30% of all major businesses are currently controlled by the US government due to T.A.R.P. bail-outs.
Government in America, under President Bush and President Obama has grown 400%.
Under Obama alone, in the last 100 days, Government has grown 250% and the deficient more than 600%
The Current national debt is so great ($13,000,000,000,000) that our children’s children will not be able to pay it back,
at the current rate each family in America would have to pay over $160,000 each to pay this debt back.
More than 50% of all mortgages are owned by Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac, to which the US Government is controlling.
640,000 people filed for Unemployment in March bringing the national average above 12% or 6,000,000 out of work and this number is climbing every day.
There is current legislation in the House of Representatives to control Gun licensing which will allow the
government to enter your home and inspect your Guns. The President of
the United States wants to sign a
treaty for Gun control, with Mexico, that will supersede the Constitution’s 2nd Amendment.
There are 20,000,000 Illegal Aliens in this country that do not pay taxes, but the US Government is trying to pay them compensation and Unemployment wages, and the US Government will not stop the flow into our country.
There is current legislation in Florida House that will stop Florida from calling them Illegal Aliens. If the US passes Cap and Trade, it will cost the average US citizen more than $3,600 for their utility bills annually.
The current tax rate for a family, making $60,000 per year will increase from 21% now to at least 40% in the next 2 years.
The President of the United States wants to be friends with some of our worst enemies in the world, Cuba, Iran, Russia, Hamas, etc…
During the election last year President Obama stated he wanted to start a National (Volunteer) Group that would rival
our Military, This week he is calling on Americans to volunteer, President Barack Obama signed a $5.7 billion national
service bill Tuesday that triples the size of the AmeriCorps service program over the next eight years.
"We need your service, right now, in this moment in history. ... I'm asking you to stand up and play your part," said Obama,
a former community organizer in Chicago. "I'm asking you to help change history's course." Is this the beginning of His National Police force?
President Obama is currently trying to prosecute our military and CIA for doing what they needed to do to protect this Country,
and in the process he is empowering our enemies by removing the tools our Military needs to keep us safe.
At the current rate the Constitution of the United States will be dead in less than 4 years and we as Americans will have no one to blame but ourselves for not stopping it.

What to Expect From Cap and Trade
He also mentions coal, which by the way is where almost half of all our electricity comes from. Let us once again listen to what Obama plan's for the coal companies.
Oh and by the way if you hate incandescent light bulbs (you know those ones that are made in China and if one accidentally breaks you should probably call in the hazmed team to clean up the mercury) you better start stocking up on regular light bulbs, most of which (if not all) are made in Kentucky. QUIT EXPORTING OUR JOBS MR. PRESIDENT! Oh wait Obama's president. Never mind nothing to see, move along.
One last little note, McCain wanted a cap and trade bill also.

American Values and Principles Part Five
“Today we have become a nation based on a society of rule by man. The Constitution, once held in high esteem, is now often ignored, changed to meet the opinion of a judge, or considered outdated; whereas our Founders revered it and considered it a document written for the ages. In spite of the blessing accrued to the average American, many hate this nation’s form of government and are dedicated to destroying it, while others are indifferent, apathetic, and could care less about its rapidly deteriorating condition. They seem to be materialistic and hedonistic with the attitude of letting the government do it.”
“The choice before us is plain, Christ or chaos, conviction or compromise, discipline or disintegration. I am rather tired of hearing about our rights, and privileges as American citizens. The time is come, it now is, when we ought to hear about the duties and responsibilities of our citizenship.” (Peter Marshall, The Rebirth of America, page 205, 1986, Arthur S. DeMoss Foundation.)
I am here to say that “the Constitution is not out of date. It is no more out of date than the desire for peace, freedom, and prosperity is out of date. The Founders were not custom-building the Constitution for any particular age or economy. They were structuring a framework of government to fit the requirements of human nature. These do not change. What protected the freedom of George Washington will protect freedom for you and me.” (The Five Thousand Year Leap)
Now let us consider more in-depth , as a reminder for us and as a history lesson for others, what makes The United States the greatest nation that has ever existed.
“It was in A.D. 1607 that another…attempt was made to lay the foundation for man’s most modern civilization. Undoubtedly the annals of humankind will ultimately show that this one turned out to be different. The settlement was called Jamestown.
The settlers of Jamestown had come in a boat no larger and no more commodious than those of the ancient sea kings. Their tools still consisted of shovel, axe, hoe, and a stick plow which were only slightly improved over those of China, Egypt, Persia, and Greece. They harvested their grain and hay-grass with the same primitive scythes…Their transportation was by cart and oxen…Most of them died young.” (The Five Thousand Year Leap).
Now let us move ahead almost two hundred years. By this time, God had placed together some of the most moral and intelligent men that ever existed all in one place, in this land called America and with God’s guidance produced a document that would change the world. Now move ahead another two hundred years. “By 1976, the “noble experiment” of American independence and free-enterprise economics had produced some phenomenal results.
The spirit of freedom which moved out across the world in the 1800’s was primarily inspired by the fruits of freedom in the United States. The climate of free-market economics allowed science to thrive in an explosion of inventions and technical discoveries which, in merely 200 years, gave the world the gigantic new power resources of harnessed electricity, the internal combustion engine, jet propulsion, exotic space vehicles, and all the wonders of nuclear energy.
Communications were revolutionized, first by the telegraph, then the telephone, followed by radio and television.
The whole earth was explored from pole to pole-even the depths of the sea.
Then men left the earth in rocket ships and actually walked on the moon. They sent up a space plane that could be maneuvered and landed back on the earth.
The average length of life was doubled; the quality of life was tremendously enhanced. Homes, food, textiles, communications, world travel, millions of books, a high literacy rate, schools for everybody, surgical miracles, medical cures for age-old diseases, entertainment at the touch of a switch, and instant news, twenty-four hours a day. That was the story.
Of course, all of this did not happen just in America, but it did flow out primarily from the swift current of freedom and prosperity which the American Founders turned loose into the spillways of human progress all over the world.” (The Five Thousand Year Leap)
Yet we have become a complacent people forgetting those precious principles of our founding. Paraphrasing a quote from above, I am rather tired of people talking about their rights as Americans. The time has come that we start asking ourselves what our duties and responsibilities are to preserve and protect the principles that have allowed America to become the greatest nation on earth?

Propaganda Piece? Nod and say "Yes"
Following are some quotes by Hugo Chavez:
“I have said it already, I am convinced that the way to build a new and better world is not capitalism. Capitalism leads us straight to hell.”
“I hereby accuse the North American empire of being the biggest menace to our planet.”
"The imperialist, genocidal, fascist attitude of the U.S. president has no limits. I think Hitler would be like a suckling baby next to George W. Bush"
"You are a coward (George Bush) , a killer, a [perpetrator of] genocide, an alcoholic, a drunk, a liar, an immoral person, Mr Danger. You are the worst, Mr Danger. The worst of this planet... A psychologically sick man, I know it."
"Let's save the human race, let's finish off the U.S. empire. Those who want to go directly to hell can follow capitalism"
Oh and by the way that book that Chavez is giving the President is “Open Veins of Latin America: Five Centuries of the Pillage of a Continent." It is a scathing book about how European and American interest have destroyed Latin America. Basically a blame America for everything book. It is really a shame how badly Chavez just used the President of the United States as a propaganda tool. The sales of this book on Amazon.com jumped from 734th place to second in 24 hours. Unbelievable. Once again Obama's judgement is showing, and let us all remember what he said about meeting with brutal dictators during the youtube debate. More interesting, listen to what Hillary Clinton had to say about it during that same debate. What a prophet.

CNN "reporter" at Chicago Tea Party
Now watch what happened behind the scenes. Of special note here listen to the "reporter" say that "this sign wasn't in our field of view" at about 4 minutes into the video.
Now who would think that CNN and the mainstream media is biased? I guess just some crazy, right-wing extremist and those wacky, gun clinging, bible carrying "conservative" nut-jobs that watch fox.

Bestes Buds
The following excerpt is from a Fox News article dated Thursday, September 21, 2006
“The United States empire is on its way down and it will be finished in the near future, inshallah," Chavez told reporters, ending the statement with the Arabic phrase for "God willing."
"The devil came here yesterday," Chavez said, gesturing to where Bush had stood during his speech on Tuesday. "He came here talking as if he were the owner of the world."He later said he was referring to President Bush when he spoke of the devil.
Chavez held up a book by American leftist writer Noam Chomsky "Hegemony or Survival: America's Quest for Global Dominance" and recommended it to everyone in the General Assembly.
Photographs released by the Venezuelan government showed Chavez, a fierce foe of former President George W. Bush, smiling and clasping hands with Obama at the start of the summit of Latin American and Caribbean leaders in Trinidad.

American Values and Principles Part Four
Could it be one of the main reasons for the success of the United States is that we were founded on principles that are based on freedom and enlightenment. I hope that this paper shows you that these founding principles, which you probably just agreed were great, were not 'liberal,' as defined by today's liberalism. They were not built on socialism, or communism, our principles and values led us to a system of free enterprise that started at Jamestown and continued up until the beginning of the twentieth century when we first started toying with socialism, and fascism. Think about it? Today's liberals are not tolerant. They are not interested in freedom. They do not believe in God. They want God out of as much of our culture as possible. They want to “spread the wealth,” they want to insert government into as many things as possible including; nationalizing the banks, the automotive industry, and the media. Think about that for awhile: Government in control of financial markets, transportation, and controlling the media.
I believe that the future of our country depends on maintaining the institutions and traditions that built this country, and in order to preserve these traditions and institutions, we've got to understand their origin. We must admit and be honest about what they are. We also have to understand the people who want to tear these traditions, principles, and values apart and those people are today's liberals, and they are trying to tear them down. Today's liberals want to tear down these traditions and institutions and then remake the country in their own image. I don’t mean for any of this to sound partisan because it is not meant to be. I believe our two party system is one of the main things tearing America apart. I'm talking about conservatives and liberals; I'm talking about traditionalists versus secularists. I'm talking about people who hate the way America is today, versus people who love it and want to preserve it. If there is to be a demise of our country, it is because we will lose control of maintaining the traditions and institutions that made this a great country, a great culture, a great society, a great population.
The liberals of today think that the problem with the world is America. This is just not the case. The problem with the world is the lack of equal distribution of capitalism, and it's just that simple. What it is that makes this country unique from any other set of population centers, countries, nations, whatever you want to call them is two things. A: Our founding documents -- and what's in the founding documents? The documented recognition that we are all created by God and that we all have certain inalienable rights. That means it's part of our yearning spirit. It's part of our creation. That is liberty, a yearning to be free. We don't want to be bound up. Pursuit of happiness. Life is to be maximized and pursued in its full, and people are to get as much out of it as they are able, and they can't do it with shackles around their ankles. They can't do it with governments that hold them in contempt. They can't do it with leaders that think they have no brains. People are going to be constrained by people who think they have no ability to do things, so they're going to want to do everything for them. The right to life. We're all created equal. Right to life. B: The values and principles that led to our founding.

American Values and Principles Part Three
So why is it in today’s world and in all actuality the last one-hundred years, have many in our own government sought the destruction of a document that was influenced by the Hand of God. But wait maybe some don’t know enough about our founding, our founding fathers, our Constitution, and our history to know that a miracle happened here in America.
Consider this: “The United States represents approximately 5% of the world’s population but has created more new wealth than all the rest of the world combined. Moreover, during this time period we have never suffered a famine, this in spite of the fact that even today famines continue to stalk the world over. Throughout history people have gone hungry and many have starved, in spite of their fertile land and manpower to work it.” The Assyrians, Persians, Egyptians, Greeks, and Romans all suffered famine at one time or another. “For more than a hundred years the United States has been the food basket of the world.”
“During the past two hundred years the United States has out distanced the world in extending the benefits of inventions and discoveries to the vast majority of its people in such fields as medicine, housing, education, power-energy, transportation, space, aircraft, and agriculture. Furthermore Americans have been responsible for more discoveries and inventions in science and elsewhere than any nation on earth. Its young men and women have fought in wars throughout the world in defense of freedom, asking nothing for their efforts and sacrificing their lives in return. The United States is always the first nation to provide relief and aid to other nations that have had natural calamities, sometimes even providing aid to our enemies. We have given more dollars in aid and relief than most of the world nations combined. In spite of our largess we are the target of the hate and envy of the rest of the world.” (Quoted from The Five Thousand Year Leap)
Another question for you: "How, in less than 250 years, has the American population built the most prosperous, the most powerful, the most advanced civilization ever?" The Europeans have been around thousands of years longer than we have -- the Asians much longer than that -- and yet we run rings around every one of them, and everybody else, too. It's not even close. It's not a contest in any way that you want to measure. So how can it be that less than 300 million Americans can rule the world as it never has been ruled before, in less than 250 years of existence? Have you ever really stopped to ask yourself this question? How did this happen? Why did it happen? What makes America different from the rest of the world? We as people are no better than anyone else, we are not special biologically speaking. Yet no other population of people in any country has ever approached our economic prosperity in wealth, our power. No nation in the history of civilization has so dominated the world for good, as has the United States of America. We have liberated over a hundred million people from bondage and slavery. We feed the world. We clothe the world. We provide disaster relief in all circumstances to friend and foe alike. We're the only nation on earth that can. Have you ever stopped to ask yourself how in human history this came about? What makes this possible?" (Quoted from Rush Limbaugh)

American Values and Principles Part Two
I know that it may be hard for many to believe, in a world where God is being put on trial everywhere in the U.S.A but the framers of the Constitution looked upon it as an event that was actually “influenced, guided, and governed” by the hand of God.
Benjamin Rush: “Doctor Rush then proceeded to consider the origin of the proposed Constitution, and fairly deduced it was from heaven, asserting that he as much believed the hand of God was employed in this work as that God had divided the Red Sea to give passage to the children of Israel, or had fulminated the Ten Commandments from Mount Sinai.”
Benjamin Franklin: “I have so much faith in the general government of the world by Providence that I can hardly conceive a transaction of such momentous importance as the framing of the Constitution…should be suffered to pass without being in some degree influenced, guided, and governed by that omnipotent, omnipresent, and beneficent Ruler in whom all inferior spirits live and move and have their being.”
James Madison: “The real wonder is that so many difficulties should have been surmounted in the federal convention, and surmounted with a unanimity almost as unprecedented as it mush have been unexpected. It is impossible for any man of candor to reflect on this circumstance without partaking of the astonishment. It is impossible for the man of pious reflection not to perceive in it a finger of that Almighty hand which has been so frequently and signally extended to our relief in the critical stages of the revolution.”
So what was it that the framers of the Constitution thought they had in this new document of ours?
George Washington: “The adoption of the Constitution will demonstrate as visibly the finger of Providence as any possible event in the course of human affairs can ever designate it. The Constitution…approaches nearer to perfection than any government hitherto instituted among men.”
Thomas Jefferson: “The example of changing a constitution by assembling the wise men of the state, instead of assembling armies, will be worth as much to the world as the former examples we had given them. The Constitution, too, which was the result of our deliberation is unquestionably the wisest ever yet presented to men. May you and your contemporaries…preserve inviolate the Constitution, which, cherished in all its chastity and purity, will provide in the end a blessing to all nations of the earth.”
James Madison: “The happy union of these states is a wonder; their Constitution is a miracle; their example the hope of liberty throughout the world. Woe to the ambition that would meditate the destruction of either.
James Madison: “Whatever may be the judgment pronounced on the competency of the architects of the Constitution, or whatever may be the destiny of the edifice prepared by them, I feel it a duty to express my profound and solemn conviction…that there never was an assembly of men charged with a great and arduous trust who were more pure in their motives, or more exclusively or anxiously devoted to the object committed to them, than were the members of the Federal Convention of 1787 to the object of devising and proposing a constitutional system which should…best secure the permanent liberty and happiness of their country.”
Is anyone out there feeling more “American” reading the above quotes, more patriotic, perhaps getting a goose bump or two? Shedding a tear? Are we forgetting just what these amazing men did for us? At a great sacrifice to themselves I might add. Let’s see just how far we have come. Please watch the video from youtube below.

http://uk.reuters.com/article/latestCrisis/idUKN09285492
Are you kidding me with this article? Ya right. I think we all know the answer to that one. The pirates pose annoying distraction for Obama. This is ridiculous. Last time I looked at the Constitution, and yes I do look at it, the Constitution of the United States makes the President the Commander-in-Chief. It says nothing about housing or healthcare. Yet when asked about it he says and I quote: "Guys we are talking about housing right now."
Here is the video, it is also on my youtube channel.

American Values and Principles Part One
Throughout the years it has become apparent to me that we as a people have strayed from the basic values and principles that this country was founded on. Like it or not the founders of the country were deeply rooted in morals, values, and principles; traits that seem to be lacking in a lot of people today. While one could list what many would believe to be the most important of these virtues and others would whole heartily agree upon these, a closer examination shows just how difficult it could be to live your life rooted in these qualities.
Throughout the course of ones life there will undoubtedly be times when a person is faced with a choice between what is right and what is easy. At these times people find themselves at odds between what they have always thought and preached, and what they feel is an exception to their own rules. Take for instance something that is in the news today, government bailouts. Is it right for the federal government to give out money to failing corporations? I know some people might fall for the argument that some of these corporations are too big to fail, but take the question just for what it is: Should the federal government be involved in bailing out private companies? Most people would probably say no, that they should not take government money.
Now let’s bring it closer to home. How many people would answer the same way if it was them getting some government money? Once again forget for just a moment all of the “special circumstances” I’m sure many could come up with and just answer that question. Should an individual take any kind of federal government handout? I seem to remember a time when a person was ashamed to take any kind of federal money. If someone was down on their luck they would turn to their family, friends, community, county, or lastly the state, as should be. No federal government involved. It is not their responsibility.
One might say that there are “special circumstances” for instance where a person absolutely needed food stamps, or any number of federal funds. For most of American history people believed in some kind of values and principles where they may have taken food stamps for instance, but they did not want to, did not like being on them, felt ashamed of it, and worked hard to get their self out of this kind of predicament. Now it would seem that people stand around waiting to see what kind of bailout they can get. No work, no effort to changing their circumstances just sitting around waiting on another government check.
It is my aim in this letter (more are to follow) to show, and perhaps convince some people that we as Americans are off the track. To show that this country was founded on certain values and principles that made America the envy of the world and how we have become derailed from those very same values and principles that our founding fathers pledged “their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor” to establish for posterity.
